Sorry For the Silence! Dissertation Proposal Hell!!

So as most of you know I am undertaking further studies to enhance my ability to help animals, and I am currently in the middle of my Graduate Certificate in Animal Therapy with the Mc Timoney College of Chiropractic. This is a level 6 qualification crammed into 6 months! So it is rather intense. Obviously I already hold a level 6 qualification with my BSc, but have to complete this part first as I am not  a trained chiropractor. In January I will be starting my MSc in Animal Manipulation.

At the end of this year I will be able to offer not only training and behaviour help but also canine and equine massage. And then in two years I will hold a level 7 MSc and will be qualified also to offer chiropractic adjustments for your animals.

Last week we were set our research assignment, this is a 1500 word proposal with the hope that it goes forward next year into protocol and the ethics committee approve and then I will start data collection and the write up of my 20000 Dissertation!!!!!

But for now I just have to have a proposed title, a research question, hypothesis, literature review and rationale for the study, full detailed methodology and lots of other really difficult stuff!! ha ha ha !!! Yes I am going crazy with it! And in between doing it I have to revise for my biomechanics exam both are due at the beginning of September! And also a directed learning task which is a critical appraisal of our practical skills !!

And I need to practise my human bit and animal bits!! Ready for assessments in October and November!!

Oh and lets not mention the wedding!

So guys please stick with me through the crazy months!!
