Amazing it’s the 17th January already!! What a wet start we have had to this year, after a wet end to the last!!
I have had my first weekend at Mc Timoney Head Quarters for enrollment paper work and then the dreaded research and stats lectures 9 till 6 is a long day when talking statistics!! And already have online tasks to complete… only difficulty is that our course material is not showing on our virtual learning environment yet… first deadline 19th January.. fingers crossed they will move this. I have to write my dissertation/thesis proposal (yes I had to do this last year also… luckily I had a good grade for this so do not need to do very much work on this). Once this gets approved by the ethics committee I will be writing my protocol a mere 3000 words, which in the grand scheme of things (20000 words) is a mere drop in the ocean!! Ha! Ha! Ha! New courses have started up and we are a couple of weeks in for most, we have a few new faces joining us this month for courses and we will see a few new faces at playtimes over the coming weeks. Playtime is going to have a limited amount of spaces when it runs until we have some drier weather. The field is very wet and soggy. There will be some weekends that I will be in lectures either at Mc Timoney Head Quarters in Oxford, Warwick and occasionally Dorset and I will update the website accordingly.
