IS THE TREATMENT SAFE FOR MY ANIMAL?

McTimoney Veterinary Chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy are very safe for your animals. They are readily accepted by most animals.
At your animals first appointment a comprehensive and detailed history is gathered including any former or past injuries or issues.

DOES MY ANIMAL NEED SEDATING?

No, although animals often come via vet referral the therapies do not need sedation or anesthesia.
If an animal becomes aggressive and it is deemed unsafe to continue treatment the session will end early.

WILL MY ANIMALS BENEFIT FROM THE TREATMENT?

Yes, greatly. Each session is tailored to your animal. The bespoke tailoring is based on what has been assessed at the time of the appointment.
Every animal is an individual with their own unique history, conformation and personality.
Those that are a little unsettled initially often will settle during treatment and relax.
