Behaviour Assessments and Programmes
A behaviour assessment will take approximately one and a half hours depending on the complexity of the behaviours. The main focus of this will be on information gathering and observations. A programme will then be compiled with the next steps being led by the complexity of the behaviours discussed.

Bespoke 1-2-1 Training Sessions
Prior to training an assessment will be carried out, this lasts between an hour to an hour and a half depending on the needs. The main focus of this will be information gathering and observing. This is an important process to advise on relevant training.
After this tailored 1-2-1 sessions will carried out where I will work with you and your dog.

Train-4-U
This service is where I will work with your dog on my own to train it for you. Prior to any training an assessment must be carried out.
I am able to offer different lengths of time for this, split into sessions which are tailored on the dogs needs. The amount needed will depend on the training required, this would be discussed at the assessment.

Course Assessment
This is a requirement before you join a course.
This assessment will enable me to ensure that you and your dog are on a course suitable to you needs and ability.
Assessments are approximately 30 minutes long

Puppy Courses
I have two main venues for puppy courses which you can see on the venues button. These are 6 week courses that incorporate general dog and puppy ownership information, some off lead play and socialisation and we also train basic commands, such as heel, stay, recall and down. These classes are an hour long.

Intermediate Puppy Courses
Once your puppy has completed their puppy course with me they will be ready to go onto my intermediate puppy course, this is only run at the Pembury venue. This still incorporates playtime and some more complex commands if the class would like these, commands such as roll over, paw, spin, beg can be trained and there is some lead work. These courses are 6 weeks long and each class runs for 45 minutes.

Dog Courses
I run various dog courses, these are 5 week courses and a mixture of lead work and focusing work with some socialisation. Each class lasts 30 minutes.

Field Courses
I run two evening courses throughout the summer, these are 6 weeks long and each class last an hour and a half. During this we incorporate plenty of playtime breaks, lead work, focus work with commands, we challenge basic commands asking more from our dogs and their handlers, always building on pre-existing knowledge. I have some home agility equipment and we also do some other fun activities such as rally obedience. At the end of class I am open to answering any questions you may have.
This is a mixed age, breed and ability class, which is tailored for each individual dog and handler.

I currently run one daytime course the same as the evening ones, these will carry on through out the year (weather permitting). If we have to cancel one due to weather we will just add another one to the end.

Handler Course
I am planning on running a handler course through out the year, and I am taking names for this.
The course will run for 6 weeks and each class will be approximately one hour. During the classes the handlers will learn how to deliver commands to their dogs and have them listen and respond. They will learn how to handle dogs on leads, there will also be a small rally obedience for them to learn some obedience training and some have a go agility course which may change around each week. They will test their skills by handling each others dogs, at the end I will hold a Q and A if any questions have arisen whilst in class or at home.
If this becomes a popular course I potentially will look into running this on a Saturday or Sunday morning after playtime.

Playtime
At the weekend I run a socialisation playtime for dogs, all ages, all breeds welcome, all the family too. The dogs play and run for about 20 to 30 minutes and when they come to a natural lull we put them back on the lead for some refreshments, we currently have tea (regular, earl grey, mint, green, fennel), coffee, hot chocolate with marshmallows and cream (optional), summer fruits squash and water, and we pass the biscuit box around.
Its a fun social for dogs and their owners.
